ZenArtio is a curated retailer offering DIY art kits and creative products from selected brands, designers, manufacturers, and suppliers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to payment issues, inventory or pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

DIY kits that have been started, painted, mixed, or used may not qualify for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law or where the product arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

ZenArtio’s own name, logo, original website content, photography, videos, tutorials, and other original materials remain the property of ZenArtio or its applicable licensors.
